The numbers Doorline shows for my property look wrong. What do I do?
Values, rents, and comps come from third-party providers and can be stale or off for atypical properties — especially new construction, rural addresses, and condos with non-standard unit IDs. Override the assumptions on the analysis page; every metric recalculates live.
Where do the photos come from?
Active and recently-sold Realtor.com listings, matched by zip and address similarity. Off-market properties may not have photos.
Can I export an analysis as PDF?
Not yet — it's on the roadmap. The Reports section and IC-memo export are part of the Underwrite Pro waitlist.
What happens if I hit my monthly quota?
Free plans get a 429 and can upgrade. Paid plans bill overage via Stripe's metered billing at the end of the period — no hard throttling unless you explicitly set a cap.
Do you store my addresses?
Yes, scoped to your account. Delete an analysis or your account and the records are removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is the AI investment score a recommendation to buy?
No. It's a data-driven synthesis intended to speed up your own research. Nothing Doorline outputs constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
